  • You are welcome to request more details or view items before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns based solely on wear typical of aged or salvaged goods.
  • Sizes are approximate and may vary, especially with handmade or antique tiles.

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is charged separately and is by pallet or otherwise agreed.
  • While we aim to meet quoted delivery times, delays can occur. We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from delivery delays.
  • Delivery is to the nearest kerbside unless otherwise agreed. It does not include unpacking, manual handling, or product placement.
  • If items cannot be offloaded with standard delivery equipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and fund suitable unloading facilities. Adequate health and safety measures are the customer's responsibility.
  • We accept no responsibility for consequential or indirect losses arising from delivery or use of our products.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not offer returns and refunds as standard, particularly due to the nature of our antique and reclaimed stock. However, we are committed to fairness and transparency and will consider each case individually. We offer the opportunity for you to come and visit the floor before purchasing.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled up to the point of dispatch without charge.
  • If cancelled after dispatch, the buyer is responsible for return carriage costs.

Retention of Title

  • Goods remain the property of The French Antique Tile Company until paid for in full.
